Operations coordinator

job summary:

Operations Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services. This role is responsible to coordinate operations within the branch.

responsibilities:

• Coordinates work with branch service superintendent, repair manager, and service technician
  
  
• Generates proposals for code compliance and state work
  
  
• Process PO's from Customers
  
  
• Communicates with customers on the items to be completed by customer
  
  
• Ensures mechanics have copies of preliminary orders
  
  
• Keeps records of the progress of the work to be completed

Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience handling customer requests
  
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  
  
• Experience with Non conformance orders or TCO's/NCO's
  
  
• Ability to receive and track deliveries

Preferred:

• SAP experience
