Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role is responsible for evaluating, managing, and resolving cases efficiently while delivering exceptional client service and achieving the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal knowledge, professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to collaboration and the Firm's core values. Attorneys are expected to effectively manage caseloads, maintain proactive communication with clients and outside parties, and provide guidance and oversight to support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants. Key Responsibilities Manage and evaluate cases from inception through resolution Maintain consistent communication with clients, vendors, experts, and opposing counsel Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional service Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Conduct legal research, factual investigations, and case analysis Prepare and respond to discovery requests Interview clients, witnesses, and relevant parties Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Develop case strategies and evaluate settlement opportunities Retain and coordinate with expert witnesses as needed Monitor case budgets, expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities Supervise and delegate work to paralegals and support staff Accurately track and enter billable time Collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff in a team‑oriented environment Stay current on legal developments through CLEs and professional education Ensure compliance with Firm policies, procedures, and ethical standards Qualifications Active membership and good standing with the Delaware Bar 2-5 years of legal experience preferred, but not required Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
