Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced organization within the sports cards and collectibles industry. This role will assist customers with questions regarding orders, submissions, services, and account information while providing a professional and positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is comfortable working in a high-volume environment. Essential Functions Assist customers with order, submission, and service-related questions. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and accurately. Research order information and provide customers with timely updates. Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. Accurately document customer interactions and account information. Partner with internal operations teams to research and resolve issues. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Meet established productivity, quality, and attendance expectations. Qualifications 1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working with customers by phone, email, and/or digital channels. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite in Plano, TX. Interest in sports, trading cards, or collectibles is a plus but not required.
