Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced organization within the sports cards and collectibles industry. This role will assist customers with questions regarding orders, submissions, services, and account information while providing a professional and positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Essential Functions

• Assist customers with order, submission, and service-related questions.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Research order information and provide customers with timely updates.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions and account information.
• Partner with internal operations teams to research and resolve issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with customers by phone, email, and/or digital channels.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite in Plano, TX.
• Interest in sports, trading cards, or collectibles is a plus but not required.
