Areas Of Responsibility Assess, counsel, and direct medically complex patients by developing individualized treatment plans to assist with adjustment to disability, resource linkage, and behavior modification. Qualifications Completion of Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work (LCSW) and state licensure required. Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time‑management skills are required. Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co‑workers is a must.
