Overview Physical Therapist position in Staples, Minnesota for a travel assignment starting 06/01/2026 and running for 13 weeks. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,092–$2,269 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30 Start date: 06/01/2026 Work setting: rehabilitation and long-term care-focused environment Onboarding requirement: four weeks Assignment type: travel - temporary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and document findings to establish baseline and goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and daily function Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, including gait training, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate Monitor patient progress, reassess outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicate with residents and families, and support discharge planning Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with privacy and safety standards Requirements Minnesota Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure Ability to work 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30) Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings preferred Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to work within a team Willingness to complete onboarding, including the four-week onboarding period Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours as part of the travel assignment Onboarding and orientation support (four weeks prior to full assignment) Dedicated travel and credentialing support through the recruitment team Assignment duration with potential extension opportunities Ongoing nurse and therapy staff collaboration and a support network during the assignment Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
