As a Lead Caregiver, you serve as the shift leader, ensuring exceptional, consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team.What You'll Do:- Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage- Provide hands-on ADL support when needed- Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards- Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)- Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly- Support onboarding and mentor new team members- Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitionsYou are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.What We're Looking For:- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+- CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications- Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior careLead Caregiver - Grow Your Career While Leading Compassionate CareLead Caregiver | Assisted Living | Senior Care Leadership# **Pay Range:**15.20 - 19.05As part of our team, you will help brighten the future for everyone at Sunrise and beyond.
