Join a growing, community-based health system in the Texas Hill Country as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys a balance of obstetrics and gynecology, values collaboration, and wants to practice in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

Role: OB/GYN Physician

Location: Texas Hill Country, known for its natural beauty, rivers, wineries, and close-knit communities

Practice Setting: Established clinic with access to a nearby hospital and labor and delivery services

You will step into a stable, high-demand practice with the flexibility to shape how women's healthcare is delivered in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum obstetric care including prenatal visits, deliveries, and postpartum care

Deliver comprehensive gynecologic services including well-woman exams, contraception management, office procedures, and surgical cases

Opportunity to develop or expand special interests such as minimally invasive gynecology, fertility, or high-risk obstetrics

Participate in a shared call schedule designed to be fair and manageable

Support and Resources

Experienced nursing and medical assistant team

Anesthesia and pediatric support readily available

Modern labor and delivery and surgical facilities

Dedicated administrative support to allow focus on patient care

Compensation and Benefits

Sign-on bonus: TBD

Relocation assistance: Up to TBD

25 days Paid Time Off (PTO)

6 paid holidays

$5,000 CME allowance

$1,000 annual allowance for professional memberships and subscriptions

40 hours of paid CME leave annually

Three-year employment agreement

Base salary starting at $400,000 plus call pay
