Location : Azura of Mukwonago, 215/217/221 Chapman Farm Blvd, Mukwonago, WI 53120
Schedule : Full-Time | 9:00 AM?5:00 PM, Plus every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate monthly activity calendars
Lead activities that support residents' physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being
Organize arts and crafts, entertainment, outings, and special events
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
Support team members with resident engagement
Maintain supplies and materials for sensory and enrichment programs
