This role works alongside the General Manager to run shifts, ensure our high standards are met, and foster a People First culture. If youre energetic, motivated, and love working with others, this is your next step. What Youll Do
- Lead shifts and keep the team on track while having fun
- Support the GM in daily restaurant operations
- Maintain company standards for food, service, and cleanliness
- Coach and develop team members
- Deliver top-notch customer service and build guest loyalty
- Help drive restaurant growth and operational excellence
- Minimum 17 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 1+ year of leadership or restaurant experience (a plus!)
- Positive energy, fun attitude, and a People First mindset
- Ability to communicate well with a diverse team
- Desire to grow personally and professionally
- Reasonable Hours 3238 hours/week so you stay fresh, not burned out
- Work Side-by-Side With Leaders Learn from GMs and Area Leaders who invest in your growth
