RN - ICU

Registered Nurse - ICU & Intermediate Care

This position requires a shift from 06:45 PM to 07:15 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a bedside patient care position in a 16-bed ICU & Intermediate Care (IMC) unit. The average daily census is 81 patients, with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio for ICU and a 1:3 ratio for IMC. The RN will be required to float to med/surg when there are low census times.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality bedside patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as required.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float to med/surg as needed during low census times.
• Ensure compliance with Epic systems for patient documentation and charting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active state nursing license, verified through Nursys.
• Epic experience is required.
• Required health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap.
• Ability to provide personal health history documentation.
