We have open opportunities to provide you with an amazing future as a part of our team. The Production Coordinator is central to managing the logistics and workflows of photo, video, and campaign production. The Production Coordinator will work closely with the videography / photography sub-team, marketing managers, and social media team to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards and strategic goals. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate production schedules and timelines for photo, video, and digital content projectsServe as the logistical coordinator for capture-shoots, including booking locations, talent, equipment, and managing permitsCollaborate with creative and marketing teams to align production with campaign goalsAssist in managing internal and external communications related to productionTrack and manage production budgets, expenses, invoices, and vendor contractsMaintain clear documentation including call sheets, production briefs, and post-production timelinesSupport the social media team with asset delivery and scheduling needsEnsure brand consistency and quality control across all produced contentCollaborate with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee quality controlAssist with market research, reporting, and performance analysis REQUIREMENTSStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Trello)Basic understanding of photography, videography, and post-production workflows.Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments (events, resort shoots, live shoots, etc.)Punctual and professionalAbility to carry and set up equipment (sometimes heavy gear) if neededComfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in various weather conditionsWillingness to travel for capture-shoots if neededAbility to stand for extended periods during capture-shootsFamiliarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus  QUALIFICATIONSBachelor 's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field1-3 years of experience in production coordination, preferably within marketing or content teamsProficiency with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft OfficeSCHEDULE - M-F 9-6 some weekends and nights as needed. Great Perks and Benefits - Work with a "Win from within company" NDM Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
