Experienced Stylists: Real career advancement — Stylist → Manager → Educator → Brand Ambassador → Area Coach -> Franchise Owner.

What You'll Earn

$30–$43/hr (base + tips + commission)
Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $8/hr — 45% of our team hits it every pay period
