Provide leadership and oversight for Breakfast, 5:30 Kickback®, and Kitchen + Bar operations, ensuring outstanding food quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance with all brand standards. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive culture focused on engagement, accountability, and service excellence. Drive results by delivering strong performance in guest satisfaction, quality assurance, profitability, team member engagement, and operational excellence. Serve as a hands-on leader, partnering across departments and role modeling Drury Hotels' service standards and values. WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred. At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience with a proven track record of developing teams and delivering results.
