Senior, hands-on ServiceNow technical architect able to both advise and build. Deep experience with ITSM intake and catalog architecture, including record producers, with a track record of designing for scalability and maintainability. Demonstrated HAM implementation experience. Service Portal design and configuration experience. Integrations experience. Comfortable operating in a compressed, fixed-fee delivery environment with an active UAT and Go-Live timeline.
