AI Specialist / Vibe CoderAs AI Specialist / Vibe Coder, you will be the rapid-build engine of Fluence's GTM Technology and Automation team. You will design and configure AI agents, prototype automation workflows, build Salesforce Flow logic, and ship working proofs-of-concept in days — not weeks. You sit at the intersection of AI tooling, low-code platforms, and commercial operations, working directly with Sales and Marketing teams to turn workflow ideas into live, adopted automation.You will own the execution of AI use cases across Agentforce, Gong integrations, and Salesforce-native automation, operating as a key delivery partner to the Director, to IT team, and to the implementation partner. This role requires someone who builds real things, not someone who consults on them.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and iterate on Agentforce agents for Sales use cases including account briefs, proposal support, and next-best-action recommendationsDevelop and maintain Salesforce Flow automations that reduce manual handoffs, enforce lifecycle rules, and surface timely signals to reps and managersPrototype rapid AI and automation proofs-of-concept for stakeholder review, with a target turnaround of one to three days per prototypeSupport third-party implementation partner(s) on AI-adjacent implementation decisions, acting as the business-side AI authority during platform buildsProduce adoption aids and internal tooling including prompt guides, workflow reference materials, quick-start assistants, and in-platform help contentEvaluate new LLM and agent capabilities continuously and translate them into practical, governed, high-value business improvementsCollaborate with IT on security review, data access governance, and production deployment of all AI-powered workflowsPartner with Sales and Marketing teams in discovery sessions to define automation requirements and validate that shipped solutions match real workflowsRequired Qualifications & Experience3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce automation, including Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, or equivalent declarative toolsDemonstrated experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks — you have built agents or automated workflows using language modelsProven ability to deliver working prototypes rapidly from a standing start; a portfolio of things you have shipped matters more than certificationsComfortable working directly and frequently with non-technical commercial stakeholders to define requirements and validate solutionsStrong understanding of B2B commercial workflows: lead lifecycle, opportunity management, pipeline reporting, and proposal processesSolid grasp of data security and governance principles relevant to AI systems, including prompt injection risks, data access scoping, and audit loggingAdditional SkillsHands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein Copilot agent configurationExperience with Gong, Demandbase, or similar GTM platforms and their integration patterns is a strong plusExperience working alongside third-party implementation partners in a sprint-based delivery modelBackground in energy, infrastructure, industrial SaaS, or other complex B2B environmentsOur CultureAt Fluence, our culture is the foundation that drives our ambitious growth strategy and fuels our mission to transform the future of energy.
