What you will do:
- Leads end-to-end recruiting for union and management roles, grounded in deep expertise in collective bargaining agreements, labor considerations, and organizational standards.
- Serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders to align workforce needs, recruitment strategy, and approved staffing plans.
- Delivers a high-touch, equitable candidate experience while guiding evaluation, compensation alignment, offers, and pre-hire processes with care and precision.
- Strengthens recruiting outcomes through collaboration across People & Culture, DEI, and Labor Relations, leveraging technology, data, and continuous improvement to build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with extensive professional experience in talent acquisition.
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, including expertise in union environments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, high-volume requisitions using data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to build diverse, equitable talent pipelines, collaborate with senior leaders and labor stakeholders, and meet all security, background, and compliance requirements, supported by advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
