Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Revision Date: 5/5/25
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Primary Purpose: Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance Program to Molding and Auxiliary Equipment for our company.
Essential Functions:
Complete assigned work orders on non PM Maintenance
Complete assigned PM tasks
Collect data from machines and auxiliary equipment repairs and establish a Predictive Maintenance Program
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on molding equipment
Maintain auxiliary equipment such as dryers, loaders, hot runners, cooling towers, and grinders.
Perform all documentation for respective area
Perform duties instructed by your supervisor
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Hydraulic and Electrical training
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field or 1 year experience as apprentice
Physical Requirements:
Standing, lifting, bending, twisting.
