Manufacturing Assembler Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Second Shift 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM | Friday-Saturday, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM Assemble, test, and package small to mid-size products according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Use hand tools and basic machinery Perform quality inspections, leak and pressure testing Package finished products for shipment Troubleshoot and rework parts as needed Follow all safety and PPE requirements Manufacturing Assembler Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented mindset with dependable attendance Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines Ability to work overtime as needed Reliable transportation to Burlington or Elon, NC Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
