• $80,000 to $115,000 - pay based on years of experience
• $40,000 in Student Loan Repayments

About the Position:
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care . We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Higher in Physical Therapy required
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred
• Texas PT License or the ability to obtain one
• Pelvic Floor experience required
• ABPTS Pelvic Health Specialist, APTA CAPP-Pelvic, or Herman & Wallace PRPC Certifications preferred
• Passion for patient-centered care and a Pelvic Floor caseload
• Desire to treat in a 1:1 patient-focused setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Servant-leader mindset
• Visa Sponsorship is NOT available
