IT Support SpecialistThe IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users across the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring a high level of service to internal users.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheralsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely mannerInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and user accountsSupport Microsoft Office 365 and other enterprise applicationsManage user access, permissions, and password resets (Active Directory or similar tools)Document issues, resolutions, and processes in a ticketing systemAssist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (equipment setup, account provisioning)Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper asset trackingEscalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams as neededFollow IT policies, procedures, and security best practices
