This individual is a friendly, organized, and sales‑oriented multitasker. Qualifications: Strong management and leadership abilities Previous sales experience required; preferably high‑end goods or services Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy Motivation to sell and learn sales techniques Excellent customer service Understanding of technology and how multiple platforms integrate. Previous experience using Mindbody Platform is a bonus. A keen eye for cleanliness and organization Experience or understanding of proper cleaning techniques. Job Requirements: Sell memberships and retail Make multiple friendly sales phone calls per shift Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations Increase client participation energetically Set up and reset studio equipment before, during and after classes.
