Evening Shift Assistant Manager Restaurant Operations We are seeking a dependable and motivated Evening Shift Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead our team during evening hours. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences. Schedule Evening shift beginning at 3:00 PM Full‑time schedule with weekend and holiday availability required Key Responsibilities Support the General & Store Manager in overseeing evening operations Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of guest concerns Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory control Coach and motivate staff to meet performance expectations Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service leadership experience preferred Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable, punctual, and results-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Employee meal and other potential benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Thisisitbbq
