Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

As Restaurant General Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's people, performance, and overall operation. You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop the management and hourly teams
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational results
• Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses
• Analyze P&L performance and implement plans to improve results
• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Build a positive, energetic, and accountable restaurant culture
• Develop future leaders and strengthen the management bench
• Maintain strong vendor and community relationships

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
• Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations
• Strong financial knowledge, including P&L, labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong teams
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, energetic leadership style
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
