This nurse will actively work on the floor with our caregivers and nurses, providing direct bedside care while guiding and supporting the team to reach shared goals. In this role, you won’t be sitting in an office—you will actively partner with your team, providing real-time coaching, mentorship, and support while delivering high-quality care to our residents. Education Graduate of Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing. Licenses or other required certifications RN licensure is preferred. Must have current RN or LPN license to practice nursing in State of Ohio, hold current CPR card. Experience Previous experience in long term/geriatrics preferred. Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities Familiar with infection control practices, OSHA guidelines relative to long term care, and Ohio Department of Health Regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
