Well then we may have the right position for you. Hi, I am Dr. Negin Jalayer, owner of Marathon Physical Therapy. I hope you are okay with me telling you a little about our backstory. After graduating PT school I worked in a few different settings:

• Outpatient
• Home Health
• High Volume Outpatient
• Inpatient

Total number of Evals... Total Number Of Visits... Productivity... RUG Scores... Finalize Notes... metrics... Metrics... METRICS! You get the idea. I remember the nights coming home late, and being so frustrated. Don't get me wrong I learned a ton, but I wanted to "Be Different" Just like you.

So, I started our own little "Side Hustle", at least that's what we called it. A couple patients started to trickle in... Then a couple patients started to get better QUICKER. Interesting part was... I was performing the same manual techniques The same exercises But my patients were getting better... quicker... like 3-5x quicker. It was because of the amount of ATTENTION I was able to give each patient changed drastically. At that moment we decided to go "All In" and treat patients in more of a 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 setting Not, 1-to-Many. Hopefully, that's not too clich. Over the past couple years we have been able to help 1000s of local residents. The key "metrics" we pride ourselves on is not volume, or number of new patients, or gross revenue.... but out customer satisfaction and staff retention rates. Most of our staff has been with us for 2+ years after hire, and the ones that do leave typically are the ones who move out of the area. Education: Master's (Preferred)

License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Preferred) CPR Certification (Preferred) Compensation: $60.00 - $300.00 per day
