Travel Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED; may consider no travel if more permanent experience. Observation Unit: 10 Bed ER Overflow, Ratios 1:6 at Night; 1:5 at Days; focus on constant reassessment of readiness for discharge. This unit will be rapidly admitting and discharging patients. Floating Requirement: Will float to other Med Surg units. Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend. Other Med Surg Units: Mix of medical patients; Staffing Ratio 1:5-6 for nights; ratios may flex to 8 patients, but RN will be paired with LPN for support.
