What You'll Be Doing

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
• Service furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioning systems, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
• Communicate repair recommendations with customers in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Experience servicing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
