Senior Project Coordinator

Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Project Coordinator with an active Secret clearance to provide programmatic, operational, and administrative support for a federal IT contract. This position will be located in Arlington, VA and will be a fully remote position within the United States. Responsibilities Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across all aspects of contract and subcontractor management. Supports PMO leadership in maintaining compliance with contract requirements, deliverable schedules, staffing needs, and program performance metrics. Leads weekly staffing meetings; documents decisions, tracks action items, and drives accountability for follow-through. Coordinates program recruitment activities in partnership with corporate recruiting, hiring managers, and PMO leadership to ensure timely onboarding of personnel. Coordinates the creation, review, tracking, and submission of key government deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), meeting minutes, briefing materials, and Trip Reports. Ensures documentation quality, accuracy, and compliance with government format, content, and submission requirements. Maintains accurate program data within ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and supporting operational decision-making. Manages and optimizes SharePoint environments, ensuring logical organization, access control, and version management. Designs graphics, layouts, and communication products to support PMO reporting, briefings, and internal communications, including employee newsletters and slide decks for All Hands meetings. Collaborates with technical and functional teams to gather accurate data for deliverable content, communication campaigns, and program updates. Supports data calls and requests from government oversight teams and corporate leadership. Helps maintain alignment across cross-functional IT teams by consolidating information, tracking tasking, and ensuring timely dissemination of updates. Qualifications Bachelor's with 8 years project coordination (or commensurate experience) Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability Posted Salary Range USD $118,000.00 - USD $118,000.00 /Yr.
