Phoenix Arizona

Take ownership of a high-opportunity Phoenix territory and help expand an established national membership organization serving responsible gun owners.

This field-based position combines territory development, partner relationships, group presentations, and consultative membership sales for a fast-growing national organization supporting responsible gun owners through education, training, membership services, and self-defense liability protection.

Phoenix is the highest-priority market in this search. One Account Executive recently joined the territory, and the team is adding a second strong field seller to expand coverage, build new partnerships, and accelerate local growth.

·   Build market presence quickly across a large, active territory.

·   Coordinate with a local teammate while independently owning prospects and partner relationships.

·   Develop new business through ranges, retailers, instructors, classes, and community events.

·   Prospect for new business and build lasting relationships with ranges, firearms retailers, instructors, training partners, and other local business owners.

·   Deliver engaging presentations to groups and individuals, often following concealed-carry or firearms-training classes.

·   Educate prospective members on training, education, membership services, and self-defense liability protection.

·   Use ethical, consultative sales techniques to understand needs, build trust, close the right business, and own the full territory pipeline from outreach through ongoing account care.

·   Partner with marketing and internal support teams to organize events and maximize selling opportunities.

·   Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, sales, and expense information in Salesforce and related systems.

This is not a traditional Monday-through-Friday desk role. Classes, partner events, and retail activity often occur during evenings and weekends, so your work may span all seven days. You will have meaningful flexibility during the day and control over how you build your schedule. Expect approximately 70 percent travel within the territory with minimal overnight travel.

·   You are comfortable working evenings and weekends when classes and retail activity take place.

·   High school diploma or GED

·   Ability to pass the applicable state Property and Casualty insurance examination; pre-licensing training is provided

·   Ability to pass the required sales presentation assessment at the end of training

·   Ability to travel approximately 70 percent within the territory; most travel allows you to return home the same night

·   Full availability for a five-week paid training program, including required travel to company headquarters in Wisconsin during weeks one and five

·   Basic proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, presentations, and common business technology

·   Outside sales, field sales, territory development, account management, or small-business partnership experience

·   Experience in medical device, solar, real estate, events, experiential marketing, training, education, or another face-to-face environment

·   Strong public-speaking, teaching, presentation, and closing skills

·   Firearms industry experience, instructor certification, or interest in becoming certified

·   $70,000 guaranteed pay for the first 12 months

·   12 percent flat commission on qualifying new memberships and spousal add-ons

·   Mileage reimbursement plus a tax-free car allowance

·   $50 monthly cell phone allowance, company computer equipment, and branded apparel

·   Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with health savings and flexible spending accounts

·   Life insurance plus short-term and long-term disability coverage

·   23 days of paid time off and 8 company holidays

·   Paid annual volunteer service day and tuition reimbursement

Commission becomes payable after the membership remains active for 90 days and is paid on the 10th day of the fourth month following the sale.

The first five weeks are a structured, paid ramp-up. Weeks one and five are conducted on site at company headquarters in Wisconsin; the middle weeks combine virtual training, self-paced learning, licensing preparation, and Account Executive development. Travel expenses for the required headquarters weeks are covered. Full attendance is required because the curriculum builds week to week.
