Estate Planning Legal Assistant

Supporting estate planning strategists, the full-time remote Estate Planning Legal Assistant will manage client correspondence, assist with document maintenance, and perform general administrative tasks while prioritizing candidates located in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones. Key responsibilities: Draft various correspondence to wealth management teams and clients Act as a primary point of contact for clients and manage calendar and meeting schedules for estate planning strategists Maintain client files and assist in the preparation and finalization of meeting notes Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Some experience in a legal setting, law firm, or in-house preferred Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Outstanding work ethic with a self-starter attitude
