Real Estate Associate Attorney (Commercial Transactions)

Pay: $215,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Location

Job Description

• Support and lead commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and development
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related transaction documents
• Work on mixed-use, condominium, and multifamily projects
• Advise on regulatory and local real estate matters such as TOPA, ROFRs, and rent control
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or development matters
• Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
• Active bar license in DC, MD, or VA
