Data Entry ClerkUnder supervision, processes data entry transactions and performs other clerical duties as requested.ResponsibilitiesPerforms data entry processes into a databasePerforms assigned tasks and projectsProcesses special and recurring reports and administrative recordsVerifies and corrects information, codes and account numbers as necessaryIn addition to the above, provides direction and delegates work to lower level staffEnsures complete and accurate data entries into systemPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or comparable work experienceEntry level positionsLead role requires several years of related experienceMicrosoft Office Suite and Database SystemsKnowledge of privacy laws and regulationsKnowledge of customer service concepts and practicesKnowledge of basic systems as neededSkill in operating a ten-key calculatorSkill in oral and written communicationSkill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications, including databaseGood organizational skillsPhysical DemandsNormal office environment.
