$25-$35 per hour (based on experience) + incentives

Ooltewah, TN | Full-Time

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Occasional Overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment and systems
• Fabricate and modify basic duct fittings as needed
• Complete installations according to company standards
• Assist with gas piping and system layout work
• Perform wiring and equipment start-up procedures
• Train and mentor installation helpers
• Deliver a professional customer experience on every project

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience with ductwork installation and fabrication
• Knowledge of gas piping practices and layouts
• Basic electrical and wiring experience
• Own standard HVAC hand tools
• Ability to guide and train less experienced team members
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
