Software Development Engineer (SDE)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer (SDE) with strong expertise in Java, Python, React, Angular, and AWS. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications leveraging modern full-stack technologies and cloud-native architectures. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust backend services, dynamic front-end interfaces, and seamless integrations across distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Python.
- Build responsive and interactive web interfaces using React and Angular frameworks.
- Develop, test, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, and RDS.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures for modern application development.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices across the tech stack.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to streamline deployments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Python (both backend development and service integration).
- Hands-on experience with React and Angular for front-end development.
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture best practices.
- Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.), and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
