Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required. If not currently active, include the license status when applying.
• BLS certification from AHA required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy required.
• Proficient outpatient experience required. This position will be placed at an outpatient clinic setting.
• Experience using Cedaron EMR preferred. Experience with Epic is a plus due to an upcoming transition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outpatient adult therapy caseload experience preferred.
• Experience working in hospital-affiliated outpatient clinics preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Weekend requirements: None.
• On-call requirements: None.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide adult outpatient physical therapy services focused on recovery, functional restoration, and long-term management. You will work within an established physical therapy department serving community clinic patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care. Accurate documentation in the facility EMR is required and participation in the EMR transition timeline is expected.
