Integration Manager, Senior

Integration Manager, Senior Fort Belvoir, VA/Hybrid The Integration Manager, Senior will assist with integrating security into automated systems, connecting teams, and ensuring tools and workflows work together securely and efficiently across the entire Accessions Information Environment (AIE) system. This role is critical in aligning cross‑functional teams around a shared vision and ensuring timely, high‑quality product releases that meet user needs and business goals. Responsibilities Design and manage reliable system integrations utilizing RESTful and SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON. Build, test, and troubleshoot complex API connections using industry-standard tools such as Postman. Integrate automated tools (Postman, Provar) into CI/CD pipelines to embed security and streamline deployment processes. Execute and manage automated performance and functional testing utilizing Provar. Administer, provision, and maintain Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud sandbox environment. Analyze platform integrations and monitor system activity utilizing SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools. Support the configuration, deployment, and management of hosted cloud services within AWS environments. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications MA/MS degree or BS with equivalent years of experience. 10+ years of relevant work experience. Must be SAFe certified (SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) is desired) or agree to complete training and obtain certification within 30 days of hire. Secret clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Army Accessions and Recruiting (desired). Experience with Salesforce Administration (desired). Experience with Azure DevOps (desired). Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to convey information across multiple customers and corporate audiences. Familiarity with software implementation, enterprise platforms, and DevSecOps with delivery roadmaps and continuous integration. Possess interpersonal skills and collaborative style. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience working in agile software development environments – preferred.
