This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations, educating customers on window and door replacement solutions, and following a prescribed methodology to identify interest and needs. The primary objective is to set appointments for homeowners to receive an in-home consultation, ensuring a positive representation of the brand while consistently driving high-quality opportunities for the sales team./ppPosition Responsibilities:/pulliProvide information key brand details to customers regarding Renewal by Andersen products and the sales process./liliGuide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, or Showroom locations./liliFulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.(Includes the set-up, teardown of event and retail booth space as needed)/liliDeliver a World Class Homeowner Experience by providing clear communication with prospective customers, setting realistic expectations and embodying the Renewal by Andersen Brand Promise and Who We Are documents./liliAttend Team Meetings and training identified by Event and Retail Manager/Supervisor./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliCustomer Service Experience preferred/liliExcellent Verbal and Written Communication skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills./liliAbility to manage multiple projects and/or time dependent activities/liliFlexibility, cooperation, customer focus and open to changes in work schedules, processes and team participation./liliPossess a valid drivers licenses and has reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region/liliEvent/Retail Marketing Experience Preferred/liliAbility to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with little assistance from others/liliMust be able to lift 50 pounds/liliValid Drivers License with a clean driving record/li/ulpStarting Rate for this position is $16.00/hr plus incentives./ppPAY RANGE: $13.88 - $20.82/ppCULTURE AND BENEFITS:/ppAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
