Job Description

Closing assistant

We are a fast-paced, busy title insurance company and are expanding to better serve our customers. We are currently looking for a full-time office assistant for our Menomonie location. Duties include typing, proofreading, scanning and filing, light research, and other responsibilities as needed.

Ideally, a candidate for this position must:

· Be a fast learner

· Be very detail-oriented

· Have exceptional organizational skills

· Be self-directed and able to effectively prioritize tasks

· Thrive in a busy environment

· Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary depends on qualifications.

Health insurance benefits are not offered. Paid vacation, personal days, and retirement plan available after one full year of employment.
