Locum Primary Care Provider (NP/PA or MD/DO) – Michigan
- Start Date: August 3, 2026 (approximately 12-week assignment)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
- Patient Volume: 18–22 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- Required Skills: Acute evaluation and management (including volume/BP issues), pelvic exams/Pap smears, and disability exams
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become board certified within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience
- Active Michigan license
- Active DEA
- BLS certification
- Local Michigan provider (drive-in only)
- NPDB Self-Query dated within 30 days of submission
- Credentialing: Temporary privileges available in approximately 10 business days.
