CMM Quality Inspector

Join a growing aerospace manufacturing environment where precision and quality are critical to production success. This role is ideal for an experienced inspector with strong knowledge of CMM operation, GD&T interpretation, blueprint reading, and precision measurement equipment in a machining or aerospace setting. What You’ll Do Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections on aerospace machined parts and assemblies Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to support production and inspection processes Utilize precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, radius gauges, air gauges, and surface plates Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements to verify compliance Complete AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and inspection reports Identify and document non-conforming parts, deviations, and rework requirements Support manufacturing and engineering teams with troubleshooting and quality improvement efforts Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation What We’re Looking For Minimum 2+ years of quality inspection experience in machining or manufacturing Experience operating CMM equipment required Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation Hands-on experience using precision inspection and measurement tools Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience with FAI documentation, AS9102 standards, and quality reporting preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Details Tulsa, OK Pay: $20-$30/hr DOE 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Benefits Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
