Oversee departmental operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and policy development, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.  Provide guidance and oversight to OB/GYN physicians, midwives, and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and patient safety standards.  Develop and implement educational programs for medical students, residents, and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.  Collaborate with hospital leadership to set departmental goals and contribute to the institution's strategic initiatives, aligning with the organization's mission and vision.  Split your time 75% clinical and 25% administrative.  3-5 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN required. Leadership experience in a high-volume obstetric setting preferred..  Sign on bonus and fully covered relocation.  Pay range: $250K-$300K.
