What You'll Do As an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:

• Processing accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Payroll processing start to finish
• Managing multi-line phone calls and emails professionally and courteously.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and record keeping.
• Supporting office operations by organizing and maintaining procedures.
• Providing backup support for the receptionist and other administrative duties as needed.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1 year Data Entry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Proficient with QuickBooks (Enterprise Solutions 24.0, or similar accounting software)
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable procedures.
• Ability to type at least 55 words per minute.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of general office equipment.
• Self-motivation, organization skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English speaking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
