DeLeers Construction is seeking an experienced residential carpenter to join our growing team in Eagle River. This position will be working primarily on our finishing team focused on the fine details of residential homes. This includes installation of crown molding, baseboards, trim, and specialty millwork. DeLeers Carpenters work on high end, unique residential projects and commercial construction builds. You will never build the same structure twice! If you are looking for fun and challenging projects and variety in your work, DeLeers is the team for you! We are based out of DePere, WI however this position works out of our Eagle River office so job sites are located in Northern Wisconsin.
DeLeers Construction is a family owned business that has over 80 years of experience in the industry. With two offices and over 250 employees, we specialize in the design and construction of high end homes and commercial structures. DeLeers offers employees a full benefit package including medical, dental, life and vision insurance, short and long term disability insurance, 401K with matching, paid holidays and PTO/vacation time, tool program, profit share incentive bonus and more. Additional per diem and $3/hr incentive pay is included for the occasional out of town projects that may require overnights.
This position offers a $2500 sign on bonus!
