Sales Analytics Manager

Sales Analytics Specialist
The ideal candidate will be passionate about data analytics and possess a strong understanding of sales processes within the healthcare industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive sales analytics frameworks to track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding sales performance, forecasting, and business growth opportunities.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to manipulate and analyze large datasets, deriving insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Measure and analyze customer engagement metrics to refine sales approaches and improve conversion rates.
- Support the sales team in training and onboarding new staff on analytics tools and sales performance measurement techniques.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the existing sales reporting and analytical processes.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
