Guest Experience Concierge - Front Desk

Mohegan Pennsylvania

Mohegan Pennsylvania is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to greet guests, check in/out, and support daily hotel operations in Wilkes-Barre. You will handle guest requests, verify information, and promote superior guest service in a fast-paced environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, strong verbal and written communication, basic arithmetic, and the ability to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
