Outpatient Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) — Evening

Pay: $40/hr | Location: Colorado Springs, CO | Schedule: 2 days a week 8:00am-5:00pm, 3 days a week evening hours. Change to Full time, hrs 2 days 8-5, 3 days evening hours.

Help patients build a life worth living beyond the hospital. As an Outpatient Therapist providing telehealth care, you deliver evidence-based therapy that keeps momentum going — providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma-informed approaches.
• Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes.
• Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate.
• Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience.
• Ensure continuity of care overnight with vigilant observation and timely documentation.
• Manage after-hours admissions and urgent needs; prepare a thorough handoff to the day team.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree with state license (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT).
• Experience with SUD, co-occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.
• Strong telehealth etiquette and documentation skills.
