Field Service TechnicianNow hiring for a Field Service Technician Location: York, PA $33.00 – $38.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift | Must be available for periodic on-call rotation, including weekends.Field Service Technician Needed. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and providing exceptional customer service.Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.Experience Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of field service, maintenance, or service technician experienceExperience working on conveyor systems, package handling systems, material handling equipment, or similar industrial machineryStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience using hand tools, shop equipment, forklifts, and cranes preferredBasic computer skills for service documentationJob Duties:Travel to customer sites throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and surrounding areas to troubleshoot, service, and repair conveyor and material handling systemsPerform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to reduce equipment downtimeDiagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutionsSupport shop operations by assisting with equipment preparation and project completion as neededSafely operate hand tools, forklifts, cranes, and shop equipmentComplete service reports and document equipment performance and repair activitiesIdentify and report equipment, parts, or material deficienciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRespond to on-call and emergency service requests as requiredPhysical Capabilities:Ability to lift up to 75 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periodsAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsComfortable traveling regularly and responding to emergency service callsBenefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
