Responsibilities Guide customers through every step, setting clear expectations and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages. Meet monthly sales goals and metrics to drive store sales. Keep the store clean, organized, and safe as part of a team delivering excellent customer service.
