The position involves a 7 on 7 off work schedule. Candidates must possess experience in intravenous medication preparation. Experience working in a pediatric or NICU setting is essential. The role requires a valid Florida pharmacy technician license. The technician will be responsible for sterile and non-sterile compounding, as well as hazardous drug compounding. The work environment will include specialty equipment for medication management. Technicians will be transitioning to a 12-hour shift model in the near future. Outstanding teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care are crucial. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive pharmacy team.
