Position Summary Provides significant leadership in at least one core financial process of SJ/C. Provides solutions to address financial concerns of Senior Leadership. Balance sheet reconciliations are completed timely. Reconciling amounts are adequately identified. Takes action to facilitate the resolution of reconciling amounts. Works with co-workers to promote excellence and focus on continuous quality improvement. Establishes performance measures and sustains improvements.
